A personal note about the After the Noise paid tier — and what I built for the women who want to go deeper.

Something new is here — and I want to tell you about it personally.

For nine weeks, I’ve been writing to you every week about the part of the GLP-1 journey that almost no one talks about. The emotional architecture of it. The grief. The identity shifts. The relationships that change in ways you didn’t see coming. The gap between knowing what would help and actually being able to do it.

As of yesterday, After the Noise has a paid tier.

Here’s what that means.

Every week, free subscribers continue to receive the full essay — that isn’t changing. But paid subscribers now receive an expanded A Way Forward that goes further than the free version can: more specific, more actionable, more personal. It’s the part where the framework becomes a tool you can actually use this week, in your actual life, wherever you are in your journey.

Once a month, paid subscribers also receive Ask Dr. Jen — a video where I answer questions submitted by you. The questions your doctor doesn’t have time for. The ones you’ve been carrying quietly because there hasn’t been a place to take them.

I want to explain the Founding Member tier.

Founding Members are not just paying for more content. They’re the women who believe in what After the Noise is becoming before it’s finished — before the book, before the media work picks up, before this work reaches the scale it’s headed toward.
